Aims and Scope

AIMS

Paradigma: Jurnal Kajian Budaya is a peer-reviewed and open-access journal published by the Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Indonesia. The aim of the journal is to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and advance scholarly research on complex publication in humantari issues. It serves as an academic forum for researchers, scholars, and practitioners to disseminate original research and theoretical insights that critical analyze socio-cultural dynamics, historical contexts, and intellectual traditions.

SCOPE
The journal publish original research articles, theoretical papers, and critical reviews across various areas within cultural science. The scope encompasses, but is not limited to, the following disciplines:

• Philosophy & Intellectual History: Ethics, epistemology, logic, and philosophical inquiry of culture.


• Literature & Cultural Studies: Literary criticism, comparative literature, narrative studies, and contemporary cultural discourse.


• Archaeology, History & Philology: Historical analysis, study of material culture, manuscript, epigraphy, and heritage.



• Anthropology & Sociology of Culture: Ethnography, social practices, identity formation, and indigenous knowledge systems.


• Linguistics & Discourse Studies: linguistics, sociolinguistics, applied linguistics, and discourse analysis.


• Arts, Performing Arts & Visual Culture: history of art, performance studies, aesthetics, and visual media.


• Library, Archival & Information Science: Knowledge management, digital humanities, archival studies, and information behaviour within cultural contexts.
