About This Journal
Jurnal Nasional Kesehatan Lingkungan Global (National Journal of Global Environmental Health) is managed by the Department of Environmental Health, Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Indonesia.
The journal publishes manuscripts on key aspects of environmental health, including original research papers and literature reviews. Each submitted manuscript undergoes a double-blind peer review by experts in the field. While the journal primarily accepts manuscripts in Bahasa Indonesia, submissions in English are also welcome.
We invite scientists and practitioners in all areas of environmental science to submit their manuscripts to our journal. Currently, we publish twice a year.
We accept manuscripts that fall within, but are not limited to, the following scope:
- Identification of environmental health hazards and risks, including physical, chemical, biological, and radiological factors.
- Investigation of health impacts resulting from exposure to environmental hazards among at-risk populations.
- Development of advocacy and preventive measures to break the chain of environmental exposure leading to health impacts.
- Community development and empowerment to manage available resources and improve environmental health standards.
