Jurnal Epidemiologi Kesehatan Indonesia is an online peer-reviewed journal published by the Department of Epidemiology, Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Indonesia, and has been established since November 2016. From 2016 to 2024, the journal was published biannually. In 2025, the publication frequency was adjusted to three issues per year, and since 2026 the journal has been published quarterly in March, June, September, and December.
The journal was accredited SINTA 4 for the 2018–2022 period and has been accredited SINTA 3 since 2023. All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure scientific rigor and adherence to publication standards. The journal publishes original research and review articles in epidemiology and public health.
The journal focuses on epidemiology and public health, including but not limited to infectious disease epidemiology, non-communicable diseases, reproductive and maternal health, nutritional epidemiology, environmental and occupational health, biostatistics, health policy and administration, and population studies. The journal publishes original research articles and review articles that contribute to the advancement of epidemiological methods, public health evidence, and policy-relevant findings.
