Peer-Review Policy (Kebijakan Tinjauan Rekan Sejawat)

The journal implements the peer review policy as a means to ensure the quality of the publication in the journal. The peer-review process consists of editorial review, peer review, and the decision by the editor.

  • Editorial Review: The editor evaluates the submitted manuscript to determine if the content is suitable for the journal. The manuscript is also subjected to a similarity check examination to analyze any indication of plagiarism. Manuscripts with content that is not suitable for the journal or with a high percentage of similarity will be returned immediately to the author(s).

  • Peer Review: Submitted manuscripts that have passed the editorial review are subjected to peer review process by reviewer(s). Minimum of a reviewer is assigned to evaluate and provide the recommendation for a manuscript. In assigning the reviewer(s), the editor is responsible to avoid the conflict of interest during the review process.

  • Decision: The editor makes the final decision on the acceptability of a manuscript based on the comments and recommendation of the reviewers.

 

Jurnal ini menerapkan kebijakan peer review sebagai sarana untuk memastikan kualitas publikasi dalam jurnal. Proses penelaahan sejawat terdiri dari tinjauan editorial, penelaahan sejawat, dan keputusan oleh editor.

  • Tinjauan Editorial: Editor mengevaluasi naskah yang diajukan untuk menentukan apakah kontennya sesuai untuk jurnal. Naskah juga menjalani pemeriksaan kesamaan untuk menganalisis indikasi plagiarisme. Naskah dengan konten yang tidak sesuai dengan jurnal atau dengan persentase kemiripan yang tinggi akan segera dikembalikan kepada penulis.

  • Penelaahan Sejawat (Peer Review): Naskah yang telah lolos dari tinjauan editorial akan melalui proses peninjauan sejawat oleh reviewer. Minimal seorang reviewer ditugaskan untuk mengevaluasi dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk sebuah naskah. Dalam menugaskan reviewer, editor bertanggung jawab untuk menghindari konflik kepentingan selama proses review.

  • Keputusan: Editor membuat keputusan akhir tentang penerimaan naskah berdasarkan komentar dan rekomendasi dari peninjau.

Open Access Policy (Kebijakan Akses Terbuka)

This journal is pleased to offer immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. All articles published under the Open Access model will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read and download.

 

Jurnal ini dengan senang hati menawarkan akses terbuka langsung ke kontennya dengan prinsip bahwa membuat penelitian tersedia secara bebas untuk umum mendukung pertukaran pengetahuan global yang lebih besar. Semua artikel yang diterbitkan di bawah model Akses Terbuka akan segera dan secara permanen gratis untuk dibaca dan diunduh oleh semua orang.

Who Can Submit? (Siapa yang Dapat Mengirim?)

Anyone may submit an original article to be considered for publication provided he or she owns the copyright to the work being submitted or is authorized by the copyright owner or owners to submit the article. Authors are the initial owners of the copyrights to their works (an exception in the non-academic world to this might exist if the authors have, as a condition of employment, agreed to transfer copyright to their employer).

 

Siapa pun dapat mengirimkan artikel asli untuk dipertimbangkan untuk dipublikasikan asalkan dia memiliki hak cipta atas karya yang dikirimkan atau diberi wewenang oleh pemilik hak cipta untuk mengirimkan artikel tersebut. Penulis adalah pemilik awal hak cipta atas karya mereka (pengecualian dalam dunia non-akademis untuk hal ini mungkin ada jika penulis, sebagai syarat kerja, setuju untuk mentransfer hak cipta ke perusahaan mereka).

General Submission Rules (Aturan Umum Pengiriman)

Submitted articles should not have been previously published, nor be forthcoming in an archival journal or book (print or electronic). Please note: "publication" in a working-paper series does not constitute prior publication. In addition, by submitting material to Jurnal Konstitusi & Demokrasi , the author is stipulating that the material is not currently under review at another journal (electronic or print) and that he or she will not submit the material to another journal (electronic or print) until the completion of the editorial decision process. If you have concerns about the submission terms for Jurnal Konstitusi & Demokrasi , please contact the editors.

 

Artikel yang dikirimkan tidak boleh pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya, atau belum pernah diterbitkan dalam jurnal atau buku (cetak atau elektronik). Harap dicatat: “publikasi” dalam seri kertas kerja tidak berarti publikasi sebelumnya. Selain itu, dengan mengirimkan naskah ke Jurnal Konstitusi & Demokrasi, penulis menyatakan bahwa naskah tersebut tidak sedang dalam proses penelaahan di jurnal lain (baik elektronik maupun cetak) dan tidak akan mengirimkan naskah ke jurnal lain (baik elektronik maupun cetak) hingga selesainya proses keputusan redaksi. Restraction Policy (Kebijakan Pengunduran Diri)

The journal is committed to maintaining the integrity of the academic record. Articles may be retracted when there is clear evidence that the findings are unreliable, either as a result of misconduct (e.g., data fabrication or plagiarism) or honest error (e.g., miscalculation or experimental error). Retractions may also occur in cases of redundant publication or unethical research. The retraction notice will be published in the journal, clearly stating the reasons for the retraction and who is retracting the article. Retracted articles will remain accessible but will be clearly marked as retracted to ensure transparency for the academic community.

 

Jurnal ini berkomitmen untuk menjaga integritas catatan akademik. Artikel dapat ditarik kembali jika ada bukti yang jelas bahwa temuan tidak dapat diandalkan, baik sebagai akibat dari kesalahan (misalnya, fabrikasi data atau plagiarisme) atau kesalahan yang disengaja (misalnya, kesalahan perhitungan atau kesalahan eksperimental). Pencabutan juga dapat terjadi dalam kasus publikasi yang berlebihan atau penelitian yang tidak etis. Pemberitahuan pencabutan akan dipublikasikan di jurnal, dengan jelas menyatakan alasan pencabutan dan siapa yang mencabut artikel tersebut. Formatting Requirements (Persyaratan Pemformatan)

Jurnal Konstitusi & Demokrasi has no general rules about the formatting of articles upon initial submission. There are, however, rules governing the formatting of the final submission. See Final Manuscript Preparation Guidelines for details. Although can provide limited technical support, it is ultimately the responsibility of the author to produce an electronic version of the article as a high-quality PDF (Adobe's Portable Document Format) file, or a Microsoft Word, WordPerfect or RTF file that can be converted to a PDF file.It is understood that the current state of technology of Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF) is such that there are no, and can be no, guarantees that documents in PDF will work perfectly with all possible hardware and software configurations that readers may have.

 

Jurnal Konstitusi & Demokrasi tidak memiliki aturan umum tentang format artikel pada saat pengiriman awal. Namun, ada aturan yang mengatur format pengiriman akhir. Lihat Panduan Penyiapan Naskah Akhir untuk informasi lebih lanjut. Rights for Authors and UI Scholars Hub

As further described in our submission agreement (the Submission Agreement), in consideration of the publication of the article, the authors assign to UI Scholars Hub all copyright in the article, subject to the expansive personal--use exceptions described below.

  • Posting of the article on the author(s) personal website, provided that the website is non-commercial;
  • Posting of the article on the internet as part of a non-commercial open access institutional repository or other non-commercial open access publication site affiliated with the author(s)'s place of employment (e.g., a Phrenology professor at the University of Southern North Dakota can have her article appear in the University of Southern North Dakota's Department of Phrenology online publication series); and
  • Posting of the article on a non-commercial course website for a course being taught by the author at the university or college employing the author.

Users of the UI Scholars Hub website and/or software agree not to misuse the UI Scholars Hub service or software in any way. The failure of UI Scholars Hub to exercise or enforce any right or provision in the policies or the Submission Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any term of the Submission Agreement or these policies is found to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Submission Agreement and these policies remain in full force and effect. These policies and the Submission Agreement constitute the entire agreement between UI Scholars Hub and the Author(s) regarding submission of the Articles.

Pengguna situs web dan/atau perangkat lunak UI Scholars Hub setuju untuk tidak menyalahgunakan layanan atau perangkat lunak UI Scholars Hub dengan cara apa pun. Archiving Systems (Sistem Pengarsipan)

This journal employs the Garba Rujukan Digital (GARUDA) and UI Scholarhub systems to establish a distributed archiving system among participating libraries, thereby enabling those libraries to create enduring archives of the journal for the purposes of preservation and restoration.

 

Jurnal ini menggunakan sistem Garba Rujukan Digital (GARUDA) dan UI Scholarhub untuk membangun sistem pengarsipan terdistribusi di antara perpustakaan-perpustakaan yang berpartisipasi, sehingga memungkinkan perpustakaan-perpustakaan tersebut untuk membuat arsip jurnal yang tahan lama untuk tujuan pelestarian dan restorasi.
