Aims & Scope

Aims

Jurnal Konstitusi dan Demokrasi aims to provide a space for scientific discussion and debate specifically related to constitutional issues. This journal does not limit itself to national issues only but also international governance issues. JKD is specifically managed and supervised by academics in the field of constitutional law. Therefore, this journal is devoted to being a medium for the distribution of research results, thoughts and original findings related to Indonesian constitutional law and constitutional law in general.

Scopes

In general, JKD has a scope of studies related to constitutional law, both as a result of conceptual studies, normative and empirical research results and constitutional comparisons.
