About This Journal
Jurnal Konstitusi dan Demokrasi (JKD) is a scientific journal managed by the Department of Constitutional Law, Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia. JKD as constitutional law journal fosters high quality, scientifically sound and original research on par with internationally acclaimed specialised journals. Submissions, including original research manuscripts and/or theoretical papers, notes, and mini-reviews are welcomed.
JKD is fully committed to open access policy, therefore JKD provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. The readers, libraries or individuals, can read and download any full-text articles for free of charge. Authors should refer to the Authors Guidelines for details on how to prepare their manuscript; submission is performed via the online submission system (https://scholarhub.ui.ac.id/jurnalkonsdem/styleguide.html). Starting from 2021 JKD has been publishing twice a year in June and December. The editors will not process manuscripts sent via email. Manuscripts should be sent with a minimum of 5000 words excluding references using good and correct Bahasa and/or English grammar. If the author does not receive a reply to the submission within three months, the article is considered rejected.
JKD welcomes article submissions and does not charge Article Processing Charges and Article Publication Fee. For Libraries/Individual, accessing published articles needs no fee and no subscription. For Printed editions subscription, please contact us via email at konsdem@ui.ac.id.
