ASEAN Journal of Community Engagement is an international journal that focuses on community engagement program, specifically in advancing theories, research, and practices of community engagement, and strengthening the collaboration between developed and developing countries. Our journal invites authors to submit the article that would strengthen the community to be more engaged and innovative to make communities sustain.
Scope
The term "community engagement" refers to activities such as providing services to society, using relevant research and technology, growing the capabilities of society, and empowering local communities. The journal publishes advancement from varieties of fields. The journal publishes topics such as innovation of community engagement programs, engaged research, community-based research, community services, and purpose community engagement, but not limited to, ideas on Economy, Education, and Health.
EconomyThe scope of this subject relates to research in economic development and innovation to strengthen communities' capacities to sustain their ability to fulfill their own needs. This includes, but is not limited to, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, Training, Economic Innovation, and Creative Products.
EducationThe scope of this subject relates to research in term of attempts, models, conceptual frameworks, and other study aimed at increasing education theories, research, implementation, and practices in order to promote community knowledge. This approach extends beyond formal and informal education as well as community-based research.
HealthThe scope of this subject relates to research in term of activities, models, conceptual frameworks, and other research to preserve and enhance the health of the community through diverse means, including physical and mental recovery from preexisting disorders. As part of the community services provided to individuals or communities, certain procedures are included.
