About The Journal
ASEAN Journal of Community Engagement (AJCE) is a bi-annual refereed journal that draws on research on community engagement practices and processes. The journal aims to provide a platform for academics, practitioners, and community representatives to explore issues and reflect on practices related to engagement activities. It promotes the dissemination of theoretical studies, implementation practices, and policies that contribute to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The ASEAN Journal of Community Engagement is published by Universitas Indonesia in collaboration with the ASEAN University Network (AUN) and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Established in 2017, the journal aims to foster academic and community networks while sharing best practices and lessons learned regarding community engagement across ASEAN countries.
Frequency of Publication
The journal is published twice a year (July and December).
