Abstract
Technological and digital developments in the current information age have brought profound transformations to organizations, especially business operations and structures. Digital organizational transformation may be more effectively managed through the combined influence of digital leadership and organizational intelligence. This study examines the impact of digital leadership and organizational intelligence on the digital organizational transformation process, addressing a clear gap in the existing literature, as few studies have empirically investigated these factors together. Data were collected via an online survey from 104 employees of a packaging company in Konya, Türkiye, using a convenience sampling method. The study was designed as an explanatory quantitative research, and the data were analyzed using SPSS version 27. To test the hypotheses, descriptive statistics, reliability analyses, normality tests, correlation, and multiple regression analyses were conducted. The findings indicate significant positive relationships among digital leadership, organizational intelligence, and digital organizational transformation, suggesting that organizations with higher levels of organizational intelligence adapt more rapidly to digital transformation processes. From a practical perspective, managers can enhance their digital leadership competencies through data-driven decision-making, agile management practices, and fostering a digital innovation culture. Furthermore, strengthening organizational intelligence through systematic knowledge-sharing, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning initiatives can accelerate and sustain digital organizational transformation efforts. These results provide empirical evidence for integrated strategies that combine leadership capabilities and organizational intelligence to support organizations’ effective digital transformation.
Bahasa Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi dan digital pada era informasi saat ini telah membawa perubahan yang signifikan bagi organisasi, terutama dalam memengaruhi operasi dan struktur bisnis. Proses ini, yang dikenal sebagai transformasi organisasi digital, dapat dikelola secara lebih efektif melalui sinergi antara kepemimpinan digital dan kecerdasan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan digital dan kecerdasan organisasi terhadap proses transformasi organisasi digital Selain itu, penelitian ini juga berupaya mengisi kesenjangan dalam literatur yang ada, mengingat masih terbatasnya penelitian empiris yang secara bersamaan mengkaji kedua faktor tersebut. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui survei daring yang melibatkan 104 karyawan dari sebuah perusahaan pengemasan di Konya, Türkiye, dengan menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatori, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 27. Untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian, dilakukan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, analisis korelasi, serta analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan digital, kecerdasan organisasi, dan transformasi organisasi digital. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa organisasi dengan tingkat kecerdasan organisasi yang lebih tinggi cenderung mampu beradaptasi lebih cepat terhadap proses transformasi digital. Dari sudut pandang praktis, para manajer dapat meningkatkan kompetensi kepemimpinan digital melalui pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, serta pengembangan budaya inovasi digital di dalam organisasi. Selain itu, kolaborasi lintas fungsi, dan inisiatif pembelajaran berkelanjutan dapat mempercepat sekaligus mempertahankan upaya transformasi organisasi digital. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris yang mendukung pentingnya strategi terintegrasi yang menggabungkan kapabilitas kepemimpinan dan kecerdasan organisasi dalam mendorong keberhasilan transformasi digital organisasi.
