Journal of Private International Law Studies (JPILS) is committed to the high standards of publication ethics as well as high qualities of publications. All papers would be subjected to double blind peer-review process based on an initial screening by editors. In consequence, JPILS requires that all articles not in accordance with the standards conducted would be removed from the publication at any time. In order to maintain and provide such quality, JPILS reserves the right to state the following principles of Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement.
