About This Journal
Journal of Private International Law Studies is an annually published journal which planned to start its publishing on August 2021. This journal provides a forum for academics, practitioners and community representatives to explore issues and practices in the area of Private International Law (PIL). The title of the journal implies its focuses on research, implementation and the development of PIL engagement in the society. This journal examining the issues of PIL studies regardless of the authors’ affiliation.
JPILS is supported by the International Law Department of Faculty of Law of Universitas Indonesia (BSHI FHUI). The editorial members of JPILS consists of the honorable and reputable expertise of private international law who are not only from Indonesia but also from the other countries.
