Aims and Scope
JPILS provides an international forum for private international law perspective with its main goal is in the form of advisories for the government as well as the dissemination ideas for private international law. It is also an open journal for free registration and free access; both in Indonesian and English.
In line with the development of globalization as well as the borderless commercial transactions, the development of private international law topic became one of the crucial issues; especially regarding to the matter of the applicable law (choice of law), the jurisdiction as well as the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments as the three main scope of private international law issues. Thus, the main scope of JPILS is regarding to the matter of private international law, comparative law and conflict of laws.
