Majalah Ilmu Kefarmasian

Majalah Ilmu Kefarmasian (MIK) was an official scientific journal managed by the Faculty of Pharmacy Universitas Indonesia. MIK was first published in 2004. After a year of transition, MIK was then reestablished under a new editorial team with a new vision to become an internationally accredited journal. In 2014, MIK was transformed into Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research (PSR).

Majalah Ilmu Kefarmasian (MIK) was published three times annually. MIK aimed to publish a complete and reliable source of information on drug discoveries and current developments in the field related to natural products, with a strong emphasis on originality and scientific quality. We also considered other areas related to pharmaceutical sciences and practices.

All submitted manuscripts were subjected to double-blind peer review and editorial review processes before being granted acceptance.

The successor of MIK, which is Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research (PSR), has been accredited by Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, Republic of Indonesia since 2017.

As of November 2019, the PSR website moved to the new address: http://scholarhub.ui.ac.id/psr/, to provide better quality access to the journal.
