Abstract

Public Relations activities are needed by companies in improving the company's image. One of the important strategies that can be used in a business company in order to achieve the main goal of increasing sales is to use the Marketing Public Relations strategy. With the Marketing Public Relations strategy, the company gets the desired image. In this study, we will look at the Marketing Public Relations strategy carried out by PT Barakah Medika Nusantara to improve the company's image. The purpose of this research is to get an overview in the implementation of the Marketing Public Relations strategy to improve the company's image in the eyes of its audience and the results of this research can be used as a reference or useful input for companies in compiling and making decisions on a marketing program. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques by conducting interviews with the company's Public Relations and nurses from five partner hospitals, observations such as searching for information through the website or requesting data from the company, and documentation. The data used are data obtained from the results of these interviews. The Marketing Public Relations strategy carried out by PT Barakah Medika Nusantara as a whole can be felt and liked by partners. However, the use of publications that are not optimal to make them more acquainted with and give a positive assessment of the company, makes image enhancement also not optimal.
