Abstract

Hospital Pharmacy Installation, a unit in a hospital where all pharmaceutical work activities are carried out starting from manufacturing, quality control of pharmaceutical preparations, control of supplies, prescription services, drug information services, counseling, clinical pharmacy in the room to anticipate shortages and stockouts of drugs. using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) and ROP (Reorder Point) methods. This study aims to describe the planning for ordering drugs at the Hermina Grand Wisata Hospital pharmacy in 2020. (1) Find out the number of drugs to be ordered using the EOQ calculation. (2) Knowing the time of reordering with the calculation of ROP. Quantitative descriptive research using the EOQ and ROP methods. Primary data was obtained from observation and secondary data from data on drug sales in 2020 at the Hermina Grand Wisata Hospital pharmacy. The research results obtained the optimal number of drug orders using EOQ calculations to get varied results. Starting from 1-922 items for one order. Based on 816 drugs, 5 of which were used as examples and got the calculation results for Sanmol Tab 500 mg of 922 per order, Lactamam Kapl-N drug of 234 per order, Sporetik Caps 200 mg of 72 per order, Pumpitor drug 20 mg Cap 98 per order and 30mg Lapraz Cap 97 per order. The reorder point taken from 5 drug samples yielded 248 for Sanmol Tab 500 mg, Lactamam Kapl-N with a reorder point of 180, Sporetik Caps 200 mg, namely 158, Pumpitor Cap 20 mg, namely 136 and Lapraz Cap 30 mg. 122. This amount is the ideal amount for reordering to avoid stock shortages.
