Abstract

The positive trend of using telemedicine applications in Indonesia was significant in the earl of the COVID-19 pandemic, then gradually decreased. This study aims to determine the preferences of users of telemedicine applications and the desired features to be further developed satisfaction of users of telemedicine applications. This study uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires about user preferences, including security, trust, convenience, and usefulness, through the google form application to 523 respondents, data analysis using descriptive approach. Guaran- teed medical confidentiality is the most preferred by users of telemedicine applications by 72.70%. Telemedicine application providers can focus on developing features that can guarantee the confidentiality of medical data. The user's primary preference in choosing a telemedicine application is to ensure the confidentiality of medical data. The medical data confidentiality assurance feature becomes a top priority if the telemedicine application provider seeks to increase user trust, quality, and satisfaction.

Tren positif penggunaan aplikasi telemedicine di Indonesia cukup signifikan di awal pandemi COVID-19, kemudian berangsur-angsur menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui preferensi pengguna aplikasi telemedicine dan fitur yang diinginkan untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut kepuasan pengguna aplikasi telemedicine. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner tentang preferensi pengguna, meliputi keamanan, kepercayaan, kenyamanan, dan kegunaan, melalui aplikasi google form kepada 523 responden, analisis data menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Kerahasiaan medis yang terjamin paling disukai oleh pengguna aplikasi telemedicine sebesar 72,70%. Penye- dia aplikasi telemedicine dapat fokus mengembangkan fitur yang dapat menjamin kerahasiaan data medis. Preferensi utama pengguna dalam memilih aplikasi telemedicine adalah untuk memastikan kerahasiaan data medis. Fitur jaminan kerahasiaan data medis menjadi prioritas utama jika penyedia aplikasi telemedicine berupaya meningkatkan kepercayaan, kualitas, dan kepuasan pengguna.
