Abstract

Along with the industrial revolution 4.0, the rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) has changed organizations and individuals in carrying out daily activities. In the world of education, the increasingly sophisticated capabilities of mobile phones and portable computers are one of the factors that influence the development of online learning (e-learning). However, digital literacy is still needed to improve understanding and skills in the development of online learning (e-learning). This study propose a digital literacy workshop design to improve the quality of human resources; and evaluate the performance of the digital literacy workshop using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) matrix. The data collection process was carried out in two stages. The first stage is to design workshop activities and the second stage is to evaluate the quality of the workshop program. Based on data analysis, it was found that socialization and workshops were the right solution to improve the competence of teachers and students of SMAN 39 in carrying out learning innovations by utilizing information technology. In general, the level of satisfaction obtained by the workshop participants has met the level of expectations and nothing is excessive. However, there is one item no 5 (Active involvement in the program) which is a top priority for improvement. Because it has a high level of hope, but the level of perceived satisfaction is still relatively low.

Bahasa Abstract

Seiring dengan revolusi industri 4.0, perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) yang cepat telah merubah organisasi dan individu dalam menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari. Dalam dunia pendidikan, kemampuan perangkat telepon seluler dan komputer jinjing yang semakin canggih menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan pembelajaran online (e-learning). Namun demikian, masih diperlukan literasi digital untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam pengembangan pembelajaran online (e- learning). Kajian ini berusaha mengajukan rancangan workshop literasi digital untuk peningkatan kualitas SDM dan melakukan evaluasi kinerja pelaksanaan workshop literasi digital dengan menggunakan matriks Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Proses pengambilan data responden dilakukan dalam dua tahap. Tahap pertama untuk merancang kegiatan workshop dan tahap kedua mengevaluasi kualitas program workshop. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data ditemukan bahwa sosialisasi dan workshop merupakan solusi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan siswa SMAN 39 dalam melakukan inovasi pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Secara umum, tingkat kepuasan yang didapatkan peserta workshop sudah memenuhi tingkat harapannya dan tidak ada yang berlebihan. Namun demikian, ada satu item no 5 (Keterlibatan aktif dalam program) yang berada pada prioritas utama untuk diperbaiki. Karena mempunyai tingkat harpan yang tinggi, namun tingkat kepuasan yang dirasakan masih relatif rendah.
