About IFPR

Indonesia Foreign Policy Review is an annually published, student-run academic journal at Universitas Indonesia dedicated to publishing undergraduate scholarship on contemporary international affairs and international relations. IFPR aims to channel the interests of students across Indonesia in social science research, particularly in the field of international relations, through an extensive peer-review process under the auspices of the IR Project UI and HMHI FISIP UI.

The Review focuses on both traditional political science approaches and multidisciplinary research, and thus welcomes submissions from any relevant field of study. Papers should preferably address events and trends that are not well-established in current international relations scholarship, yet have immediate relevance to Indonesia's foreign policy and engage a broader audience beyond the traditional academic sphere. We particularly encourage papers that seek to address lesser-studied topics, regions, individuals, and events.
