Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of talent management and servant leadership on ASN performance both partially and collectively. The research method used is descriptive and verification. The research was conducted at 95 ASNs at the BPK RI Head Office. Sampling was carried out using simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study are that partially or jointly talent management and servant leadership affect ASN performance. Furthermore, a determinant value is obtained worth 0.956, this gives the meaning that talent management and servant leadership are able to explain ASN performance worth 95.6%, the remaining 4.4% is influenced by other variables. The implication of this research is that it can provide uses and benefits for improving the performance of ASN BPK RI so that problems related to the organization can be resolved properly.

Bahasa Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh manajemen talenta dan servant leadership terhadap kinerja ASN baik secara parsial dan bersama-sama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah descriptive serta verifikatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada 95 ASN Kantor Pusat BPK RI. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan memakai teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai ialah analisis regresi berganda. Temuan penelitian ini ialah bahwa secara parsial maupun bersama-sama manajemen talenta dan servant leadership berpengaruh terhadap kinerja ASN. Selanjutnya, nilai determinan diperoleh senilai 0.956, hal ini memberikan makna bahwa manajemen talenta dan servant leadership mampu menjelaskan kinerja ASN senilai 95,6% sisanya sebesar 4,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah dapat memberikan kegunaan dan manfaat bagi peningkatan kinerja ASN BPK RI sehingga permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan organisasi dapat diselesaikan dengan baik.
