Bahasa Abstract

NFT (Non Fungible Token) di Indonesia, mengalami perkembangan yang cukup pesat, Melihat banyaknya warga negara Indonesia yang masuk kedalam ranah NFT. Di Indonesia sendiri aset NFT sudah dapat diperjual-belikan dengan perusahaan perdagangan krypto Indonesia. Salah satunya Tokocrypto. Tokocrypto meluncurkan media untuk jual-beli NFT yang bernama Toko Mall. Hal ini dibuat untuk mendorong antusias NFT di Indonesia. Toko Mall sendiri merupakan sebuah media yang menyambungkan pemilik/Penjual Karya NFT dengan pembeli NFT. Namun masih adanya pihakpihak melakukan tindakan pelanggaran hak kekayaan intelektual dalam NFT, khususnya dalam hak cipta. Belum adanya tindakan preventif yang dibuat oleh marketplace dalam melindungi hak kekayaan intelektual pemilik karya. Melihat regulasi di Indonesia belum spesifik mengatur NFT. Maka penulis akan menjabarkan pelanggaran-pelanggaran Hak Kekayaan intelektual khususnya hak cipta serta perlindungan yang diberikan oleh marketplace dalam melindungi hak cipta terhadap token NFT.
