Abstract
The high level of psychological issues faced by young adults in Indonesia is a pressing problem that needs immediate attention, as it can impact an individual's life satisfaction. The strategy employed in this PKM (Student Creativity Program) is mindfulness practice using a keychain. The keychain, designed for a week-long mindfulness practice, is named "Mindkey." The implementation of this PKM involved four stages: preparation, execution, realization, and evaluation. The execution stage involved 213 young adult participants to select the final design of the Mindkey product from three available designs: one created by the PKM Team, one by a freelance design service, and one generated by AI (Midjourney). Participants also validated that the design and affirmation phrases on the Mindkey keychain were effective in motivating young adults to practice mindfulness. The selected design was produced by a trusted vendor and distributed to partners in need.
Bahasa Abstract
Tingginya tingkat permasalahan psikologis yang dihadapi dewasa awal di Indonesia menjadi permasalahan yang perlu segera ditangani karena mampu memengaruhi kupuasan hidup seseorang. Strategi yang dipilih pada pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah praktik mindfulness menggunakan gantungan kunci. Gantungan kunci dengan konsep praktik mindfulness selama seminggu diberi nama Mindkey. Pelaksanaan PKM ini melalui 4 tahapan, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, realisasi, dan evaluasi. Tahap pelaksanaan dilakukan pada 213 partisipan dewasa awal untuk memilih desain final produk Mindkey dari 3 desain yang tersedia dari hasil desain Tim PKM, hasil desain jasa freelance, dan hasil desain AI Midjourney. Partisipan juga membuktikan desain dan kalimat afirmasi dalam gantungan kunci Mindkey mampu memotivasi dewasa awal dalam melakukan praktik mindfulness. Hasil yang terpilih diproduksi pada vendor terpercaya dan diberikan pada mitra yang membutuhkan.
