Abstract

Creative Tourism Saung Angklung Udjo. This article is the result of qualitative research which discusses about creative tourism with case studies Saung Angklung Udjo (SAU). The synergy of creativity and creative tourism has great potential to accelerate the development of economic, social and cultural. Therefore, the key to success SAU as an object of tourist attraction based creativity need to be explored to be an inspiration and a model for the development of creative tourism in Indonesia. The results showed that Udjo Ngalagena (Founder SAU) managed to package "angklung" become a tourist attraction in the creative production activities, education, performances and can provide added value in the economy. Udjo succeeded in building community participation around it which finally involved the participation of tourists in a variety of tourist attractions in SAU. Creative tourism in SAU ultimately succeeded in improving the quality of cultural tourism products and impact on the sustainability of the attractions offered.
