Aims & Scope

ICLR aims to accelerate legal scholars and professional discussions of recent developments on criminal law issues in Indonesia. ICLR Published both in English and Indonesia. Hence, welcomes contributions from national and international legal scholars and professionals as well as from representatives of the courts, executive authorities, and agencies of development cooperation. The ICLR basically contains any novel topics concerning Indonesia criminal law, criminal justice system, and legal system. The range of contents covered by the review spans from established legal scholarships which include:
• Substantive criminal law
• Criminal justice system
• Comparative criminal law
• Historical criminal law
• Criminal policy

Manuscript on the subject that is not available on the list above will be considered, as long as the topic is concerned with or related to Indonesian criminal law.
