Abstract
This study aims to analyze the performance of pharmaceutical inventory at RSUD Haji, East Java Province using an integrated ABC–FSN and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) approach. A quantitative descriptive method was employed using secondary data from 560 drug items during January–December 2025. ABC analysis was used to identify the concentration of investment value, while FSN analysis was applied to evaluate drug movement patterns. Furthermore, EOQ was utilized to determine the optimal order quantity to minimize total inventory costs. The results show that the majority of inventory value is concentrated in category A (70.08%) and is dominated by fast-moving items (89.15%). The integrated ABC–FSN analysis reveals that the AF category is the dominant, contributing 64.7% of total inventory value. The implementation of EOQ resulted in a optimal ordering quantity compared to the actual method, leading to a reduction in total inventory cost by IDR 914,972,965 per year. Additionally, the average cost efficiency achieved was 3.02%. These findings indicate that the integration of ABC–FSN and EOQ can enhance inventory management efficiency through value-based control, movement pattern analysis, and optimization of order quantities. This study provides practical implications for improving decision-making in pharmaceutical procurement and ensuring sustainable inventory management in healthcare facilities.

Bahasa Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja persediaan obat di RSUD Haji Provinsi Jawa Timur menggunakan pendekatan terintegrasi Always Better Control – Fast, Slow, Non-moving (ABC–FSN) dan Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder dari 560 item obat selama periode Januari–Desember 2025. Analisis ABC digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi konsentrasi nilai investasi, sedangkan analisis Fast, Slow, Non-moving (FSN) digunakan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat pergerakan obat. Integrasi kedua metode tersebut memberikan informasi yang lebih komprehensif karena item dengan nilai investasi tinggi belum tentu memiliki pergerakan tinggi, sehingga diperlukan kombinasi analisis untuk menentukan prioritas pengendalian berdasarkan nilai ekonomi dan pola konsumsi. Metode EOQ digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah pemesanan optimal untuk meminimalkan total biaya persediaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar nilai investasi terkonsentrasi pada kategori A (70,08%) dan kategori fast moving (89,15%). Integrasi ABC–FSN menunjukkan bahwa kategori AF merupakan kelompok dominan dengan kontribusi nilai sebesar 64,7%, sehingga memerlukan pengendalian stok yang lebih ketat untuk menjaga kontinuitas pelayanan dan mengendalikan biaya persediaan. Penerapan EOQ menghasilkan jumlah pemesanan yang lebih optimal dibandingkan metode aktual, sehingga menurunkan total biaya persediaan sebesar Rp914.972.965 per tahun. Selain itu, diperoleh efisiensi biaya rata-rata sebesar 3,02%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi analisis ABC–FSN dan EOQ mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan obat melalui pengendalian berbasis nilai, pola pergerakan, dan optimasi jumlah pemesanan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis dalam pengambilan keputusan pengadaan obat yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan.
